Dr Raghunath Mashelkar is the pioneer of the idea of Gandhian Engineering. Dr Mashelkar was the President of the Global Research Alliance (GRA) formed between major science and technology organizations of the world with a combined strength of over sixty thousand scientists. Sushil Borde headed the Reliance Innovation leadership Centre, the nerve centre for innovation of India’s largest enterprise, Reliance industries Ltd. He is the mastermind behind setting numerous bold innovation leadership initiatives for RIL. Besides, he has provided inspiring leadership to the Anjani Mashelkar Foundation, which is the leader in championing affordable excellence
