Kerry Dawkins is a career development specialist. As founder of Potential at Work, a consultancy specialising in engagement and development solutions, she provides mentoring services to all levels of employees. Kerry holds a BComm (Hons) MBA, as well as two other degrees. She is the careers expert for both Career Junction and SA Careers Focus, and has established the Association of Career Coaches and Advisors.

Graeme Codrington is a researcher, futurist, speaker, board advisor and recognised expert on the new world of work. He speaks to over 100,000 people in more than 20 countries every year, and operates from bases in London and Johannesburg. He is the co-founder and international partner of Tomorrow Today, a strategy consulting company. Graeme has a Doctorate in Business Administration, as well as another four degrees. He has authored three books, all published by Penguin, including the bestselling Mind the Gap (updated 2011) and Future-proof Your Child (2008).
