Betty Rolling Ferrell, RN, PhD, MA, FAAN, FPCN, CHPN is the Director and Professor of Nursing Research at City of Hope Comprehensive Cancer Center in Duarte, California.

Judith A. Paice, PhD, RN, FAAN is the Director of the Cancer Pain Program in the Division of Hematology/Oncology at Northwestern University's Feinberg School of Medicine in Chicago, Illinois.
