Synopsis

Tailored to suit the needs of adults on intensive English language courses of 60-80 hours, this four-level programme aims to develop speaking, listening and general communicative skills in students at elementary to upper-intermediate level. For each level there are two student's books, which work in parallel: the classbook and the resource book. The classbook concentrates on communicative skills, and develops speaking and listening skills through such activities as games, role-play and projects. The resource book is designed for self-study, containing a summary of the grammar and communicative functions of each unit, writing exercises, and passages for reading and listening.
