Synopsis

These five practice tests closely replicate the Cambridge Certificate in Advanced English in both content and presentation, therefore providing realistic exam practice at the level of the CAE. This new edition incorporates all the changes made to the CAE examination (1999 and 2000), offering practice in the new exam formats. In addition to these changes, numerous revisions have been made to ensure that these tests accurately reflect the current exam. ( The authors are closely involved with the CAE and as such have in-depth knowledge of all the papers. ( Each of the texts in Papers 1 and 3 comes from a different source, giving students experience in dealing with a wide variety of reading material.
