Synopsis
This reference work describes the natural history of the most common types of neurological disease and the impact of treatment on the course of illness, enabling clinicians to r ke better predictions about their patients' future. In the Second Edition, the editors will focus more sharply on this subject, reducing the overlap with standard textbooks of neurology. They will also add three chapters on outcomes assessment, medico-legal aspects, and metabolic disorders.
