Species names are given in both English and Portuguese, and frequently used terms are translated in an appendix.

À propos de l?auteur

Ber Van Perlo graduated from the Agricultural University of Wageningen and worked as a geographer and physical planner for the Dutch National Forest Service until 1991. He has a lifelong interest in birds and has published and/or illustrated 7 titles on bird identification.
