À propos de l?auteur

Monica Gattinger is Associate Professor in the School of Political Studies at the University of Ottawa. She has written book chapters and journal articles, and has co-authored and co-edited books on Canadian and North American energy policies, and Canadian cultural policy. She is principal investigator on a three-year SSHRC-funded study examining democratic legitimacy in Canada-US policy relations and co-director with Diane Saint-Pierre (INRS-UCS) of a pan-Canadian study team examining the origin and evolution of provincial cultural policy and administration.

Geoffrey Hale is Associate Professor in the Department of Political Science at the University of Lethbridge.
