Synopsis
This collection of illustrated text extracts has been selected especially to introduce junior age children to a wide range of text types. "Texts for Sharing: Big Book 2" is appropriate for 8-9 year olds and includes playscripts, poetry in a range of forms and on common themes, newspaper reports and articles, stories that raise issues, and persuasive writing.
