Very useful. It's very difficult to find enough practice papers to work on for Cambridge IGCSE English Language. This little paperback should help. Jane Arredondo's workbook provides a wealth of comprehension texts along with structured exercises exploring the more difficult aspects of language. She covers tricky areas such as register, split infinitives (hooray!) and relative clauses. I've been making my own notes for years; now I can back them up with Arredondo's. A useful book to have in your armoury if you're preparing students for any English exam although they are definitely geared towards the particular requirements of the Cambridge IGCSE.
