Cara Flanagan lives and works in the Scottish Highlands, looking out over a beautiful loch. She taught for 20 years and then 'retired' to take up a second career as an examiner, textbook author and conference speaker. She runs her own company, Southwest Conferences. Mike Cardwell is Senior Lecturer in Social Psychology at Bath Spa University. Mike is a widely published textbook author and an experienced conference speaker. He has co-authored The Complete Companions series for AQA with Cara Flanagan for over 15 years.
