Paperback. Etat : Good. Intellectual Property (2017) Tim Press Oxford University Press ISBN: 9780198803881 Condition: Good As sold by Crappy Old Books Ah yes. The glamorous world of injunctions, passing off, and the thrilling emotional rollercoaster that is trademark dilution. If you?ve ever thought, ?I wish someone would clearly explain the difference between copyright subsistence and design right infringement,? then congratulations ? you have found your people. This third edition of Concentrate: Intellectual Property is not here to waste your time. It knows you have exams. It knows you are tired. It knows you highlighted three chapters of Land Law and now regret your life choices. Tim Press steps in like a calm legal paramedic and says, ?Right. Let?s sort this out.? Designed as a revision companion rather than a doorstop academic tome, this book distils the dense thicket of IP law into digestible, exam-ready clarity. Copyright. Patents. Trade marks. Confidential information. Passing off. The holy quartet of commercial disputes. It doesn?t try to be flashy; it tries to get you through the paper without weeping into your statute book. Oxford University Press polish is evident throughout. The layout is clean. The explanations are structured. The tone is reassuringly competent ? like a tutor who won?t judge you for only just realising that ?originality? in copyright does not mean what you think it means. There?s something quietly heroic about a revision guide. It exists for one purpose: to rescue you from panic. This one does so with bullet points, case summaries, and that particular shade of academic red that says ?serious but efficient.? Condition is Good . It has clearly lived a life of marginal contemplation and perhaps the occasional determined underlining session. It remains clean, solid, and entirely serviceable ? ready to shepherd another aspiring lawyer through the noble struggle of distinguishing between goodwill and reputation. Ideal for: Law students in need of clarity at speed Last-minute revisers People who enjoy the phrase ?statutory interpretation? Anyone who wants to feel intellectually fortified Available now from Crappy Old Books , where even intellectual property eventually becomes physical property. THIS BOOK BEARS THE CRAPPY OLD BOOKS STAMP. IF THAT IS UNDESIRABLE PLEASE DO NOT BUY THIS.
