Jo Samanta is Professor of Law at De Montfort University, where she convenes the medical law module. She has published widely in journals such as Medical Law Review, and Journal of Law and Society. Ash Samanta is Emeritus Consultant Physician and Rheumatologist, University Hospitals of Leicester NHS Trust and part-time Lecturer in Law at De Montfort University. He has published in journals such as Medical Law Review and the British Medical Journal.
