Jo Samanta is an Emeritus Professor at De Montfort University. She has published widely in journals such as the Medical Law Review and the Journal of Law and Society.

Ash Samanta is an Emeritus Consultant Physician and Rheumatologist at the University Hospitals of Leicester NHS Trust and part-time Lecturer in Law at De Montfort University. He has published in journals such as the Medical Law Review and the British Medical Journal.
