A propos du livre

Revue de presse

Clear contextualisation and easy to follow explanations make this a must for any English department. (Scott, Oliver, English Teacher - London)

An excellent resource for the NLS. I think the quotations from real books will help students to connect what goes on in dictionaries with their reading in the classroom. (Lindsay, Navahra, English Teacher - London)

This is a great little dictionary for secondary school children, a step up from the picture dictionaries of junior school, this nicely laid out dictionary is easy to use and visually good on the eye. The key words are in blue making them stand out from the other text. There are also enough words for the average student to keep them busy story writing for some time. (5 Star Amazon Reviewer)

It is easy to understand yet advanced enough to last her into senior school. It is printed on top class paper which makes it a pleasure to use. (5 Star Amazon Reviewer)

This dictionary is excellent for our 10 yr old son who has struggled with my Concise Oxford Dictionary and Thesaurus. He can work independently and feels less frustrated as it is much more user friendly. An excellent resource for this age group especially with preparation for transfer exams and hopefully at secondary school also. (5 Star Amazon Reviewer)
