Biographie de l'auteur

Robert Abbey is Professor of Legal Education and Practice at the University of Westminster and a Deputy Adjudicator to H.M. Land Registry. He is also the Solicitors Regulation Authority's Chief External Examiner in Property Law and Practice. Mark Richards is a Solicitor and Senior Lecturer in Law at the University of Westminster. He was previously a partner in a central London solicitors' firm specializing in all aspects of property law.
