Amongst the key developments initiated by the Act is the introduction of an Infrastructure Planning Commission (IPC) which will create a single process for granting the appropriate consents for major infrastructure projects, within designated national policy frameworks. Biographie de l'auteur

Victor Moore is a barrister of Gray's Inn and a Professor Emeritus of the University of Reading. For many years he was the editor of Journal of Planning and Environmental Law. He has written and lectured extensively on aspects of planning law in the U.S.A., E.U., Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong and Japan.
