Ian Kay is Associate Head of School at Manchester Metropolitan University. His research interests are linked to learning and teaching and the student experience. In particular, he is interested in the application of technology to student learning.

Gethin Evans is Senior Lecturer in Physiology at Manchester Metropolitan University. His research interests are the regulation of appetite and gastrointestinal motility as well as a general interest in obesity.
