Allen Cadwallader (Ph.D., Eastman School of Music) is Professor of Music Theory at the Oberlin Conservatory of Music. David Gagne (Ph.D., CUNY) is Associate Professor at Queens College, where he is currently the Music Theory Coordinator, and the Graduate Center, CUNY.
