Biographie de l'auteur

LEE ANN HOFF is the founding director of the Life Crisis Institute, based in Boston and Ottawa, and is adjunct professor at the University of Ottawa, faculty of health sciences. She serves on the editorial boards of many publications including Psychiatry, Health Care for Women International, and Suicide and Life–Threatening Behavior. A nurse anthropologist, she has pioneered the development of community mental health and crisis centers.
