Jennifer Stapleton was a founder member of the DSDM consortium, and as the chairman of its Technical Work Group has been a key contributor to the evolution of the method. In recent years she worked for Logica Plc. as a Managing Consultant where she helped many organisations to improve their development processes. She is currently the Technical Vice President of the British Computer Society.
