Michael J. Hernandez is a well-known relational database consultant, and is the owner of DataTex Consulting Group in Seattle. He has been a featured speaker at a variety of database conferences and is the author of Database Design for Mere Mortals. John L. Viescas is President of Viescas Consulting, Inc., a respected provider of database consulting services. He is also the author of the best-selling Running Microsoft Access 2000 and Programmers Quick Reference Guide to SQL.
