This book is written for student researchers, practitioners, and university faculty who are interested in answering applied research questions and objectively evaluating educational and clinical practices. The basic tenet of single-subject research methodology is that the individual is of primary importance and that each individual study participant serves as his or her own control. Biographie de l'auteur
David L. Gast (Ph.D. University of Kansas) is Professor of Special Education in the Department of Communication Science and Special Education at the University of Georgia. Co-author with Dr. James Tawney of Single-Subject Research in Special Education, he has also authored or co-authored 10 chapters and over 100 journal articles. Dr. Gast serves as a consulting editor for Focus on Autism and Other Developmental Disabilities, Education and Training in Developmental Disabilities, and Exceptionality.
