**Please place photo and bio inside the book. Neil Dalgarno began his Japanese Jiu-Jitsu training in the 1980's and has taught thousands of students jiu-jitsu and self-defense. Neil, who holds degrees from York University and the University of Toronto, worked as a high school teacher in Toronto for 30 years. While employed as a teacher, Neil developed self-defense curriculum and instructed self-defense for the Toronto Police Service's Improve Program.
