Sonia G. Austrian is director of the Employee Assistance Program Consortium serving five New York City medical institutions. She teaches at the Weill Medical College of Cornell University and at the Columbia University School of Social Work. She is the author of Mental Disorders, and Clinical Social Work, Second Edition.
