Manuela Rüther is a trained chef who has worked in Michelin starred restaurants such as Vau in Berlin; she is also a passionate photographer. She has published several cookbooks and has been awarded the Gourmand Cookbook Award by the Gastronomische Akademie, one of the most prestigious German cookbook awards. Manuela is a recipe creator and photographer for clients such as the renowned Feinschmecker magazine, or kitchen equipment brand Zwilling in her Cologne studio.
