As one of the resident doctors on 'BBC Morning Live', Punam is passionate about making health knowledge accessible, and aims to inspire people to take charge of their mental and physical wellbeing. She is the best-selling author of You and Your Body and The Superhero's First Aid Manual.

Verónika Cháves Morales is a self-taught illustrator from Colombia. She loves creating colourful characters and filling blank spaces with lots of things to discover.
