Paperback. Etat : New. Print on Demand. This book provides a thoughtful and meticulously argued critique on Bishop Tomline's arguments against Calvinism. The author, an apparent expert in theology, provides a thorough examination of Tomline's avowed sentiments on original sin, free will, and the operations of the Holy Spirit. These are analyzed in detail and refuted to make a persuasive case for the author's position on the subject. The author's goal is not to blindly defend Calvin's work, but rather to engage in a fair and nuanced analysis of the bishop's objections and demonstrate the strength of Calvinist principles. The book thus offers a robust intellectual and academic defense of Calvinism, making it an invaluable resource for readers interested in the history of Christianity and the nuances of Christian theology.
