The author presents his findings from studying the medical records of twenty-one operations performed to remove renal sarcomas from infants and fourteen operations to remove the same from adults. The text also discusses adrenal tumours and accessory adrenal tumours and how to best differentiate between them and renal tumours, as well as the surgical treatment of these tumours. Overall, this book provides valuable insights into the nature of renal tumours and how to best treat them.
