Wenn nun, wie ioben erwähnt, von len Chirurgen bei der Entfernung der Geschosse ein abwartendes Verfahren empfohlen wurde, so gingen diese keineswegs von der Ansicht aus, dass solche in den Wunden verbliebene Fremdkörper als gleichgültige, harmlose Gebilde anzusehen wären. lmehr manche Gefahr, manche Complication wird durch sie bedingt.
