The next mention ve have of cherubims, is in Exodus xxv. 18, where God commanded Moses to make two cherubims of beaten gold, in the ends of the mercy-seat ;and so to adjust them, that, covering the mercy-seat wath their wings, and having their faces turned the one to the other, they might both be looking towards the mercyseat.
