The results show that the national average increase in value is 33.5%, with the greatest increases in the South Central and Western regions. The study also reveals that low interest rates, immigration, and a growing demand for country property have all been contributing factors to the increase in value. While the book finds that the prices of farm products have been a major factor, it also notes that improved cultural methods have led to increased net profits and higher land valuations.
