Ros Jay is a freelance editor and writer. She writes on a range of business topics specialising in marketing and communication-related subjects. She also writes for and edits corporate magazines both in print and on the net. She is a senior associate of the Institute of Direct Marketing.

Anthony Jay is the former chairman of Video Arts, the world's largest video training company and the author of Yes Minister. He is a recognised authority on the subject of presenting and his previous bestseller on the subject has helped thousands of managers master presentation giving.
