Synopsis

Now in its sixth edition, this successful text offers a comprehensive, yet coherent, examination of the international dimensions of financial accounting and reporting. Whilst the majority of chapters have been written by the book's two main authors, the text includes several contributions from a diverse group of international experts; all of whom are leading practitioners or academics. The text has been thoroughly revised and updated to reflect recent changes to regulation and practice, but still retains the structure and excellent features of the previous edition. Comparative International Accounting is primarily intended for students at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels, taking courses in comparative and international accounting. The Teacher's Manual developed to support the text has been updated for the sixth edition and contains additional exercises, answers to selected questions in the book and OHP masters.
