Synopsis
In this new approach to a comparative text in public management, Randall Baker examines how, why, and to what extent the public sector around the world has shared in the management revolution. RANDALL BAKER is Professor and Director of International Programs, School of Public and Environmental Affairs, Indiana University. He is the author of numerous books and articles in comparative public management and environmental policy analysis.
