Excerpt from The Contributor, Vol. 2: A Monthly Magazine Representing the Young Men's and Young Ladies' Mutual Improvement Associations of the Latter-Day Saints; January 1880
One might conclude, since such exact ness and unity can be attained by study, surely study, or learning, is the key by which' mankind may arrive at'a standard of unity on all questions that affect them; and the conclusion that naturally follows is, as it is impossible for all men to be; come learned in the principles that affect the welfare of man, here and hereafter, a few must be employed to study for the rest. This is the conclusion that mankind seem to have adopted, in this generation, in regard to the science called Theology.

Paperback. Etat : New. Print on Demand. This book presents an original approach to understanding theology through the lens of science. The author argues that science and theology are not inherently incompatible, but rather can be used to complement and inform one another. The book draws on both scientific and theological principles to explore the nature of God, the human soul, and the purpose of life. The author contends that a scientific understanding of the world can lead us to a deeper appreciation of the divine, and that faith can provide a framework for understanding the mysteries of the universe. This book is a thoughtful and provocative exploration of the relationship between science and theology, and will appeal to readers interested in both fields.
