A  writer and photographer for more than twenty years, VICKY MOON has covered prominent lives in People and the Washington Post, written about lavish parties for Town & Country, chronicled homes and gardens for Veranda and Southern Accents, and currently writes a monthly column for Washington Life. She is the author of six books, including The Private Passion of Jackie Kennedy Onassis: Portrait of a Rider and Equestrian Style: Home Design, Couture, and Collections from the Eclectic to the Elegant. She lives in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and Middleburg, Virginia, with her husband, sportswriter Leonard Shapiro.
