She works for Educational Technology Services at the University of California at Berkeley, where she's a product manager responsible for bringing new Web video and audio tools to Berkeley's learning community. Robert Lettieri works for the Space Sciences Lab at UC Berkeley as a systems administrator and is a freelance graphics, multimedia, and usability consultant. Together, Stern and Lettieri are the authors of various books and articles on digital media, including all of
Peachpit's QuickTime and iTunes Visual QuickStart Guides.
