Dr. Sandra A. MacDonald, BN, MN, PhD is the Associate Dean, Undergraduate Programs - Nursing, at Memorial University (MUN).

Dr. MacDonald started at MUN in 1989 teaching medical surgical nursing, and leadership and management. In 1995, Dr. MacDonald designed the first interprofessional education (IPE) module on HIV/AIDS with Dr. Ian Bowmer, then Dean of the Faculty of Medicine. This IPE module continues to be used to this day.

In 2010 Dr. MacDonald was awarded the Association of Registered Nurses of Newfoundland and Labrador (ARNNL) Award for Excellence in Nursing Education, and in 2011 she was awarded the President's Award for Distinguished Teaching at MUN.

Kathleen D. Pagana has been a leader in healthcare for more than 40 years, with experiences including college teaching, administration, clinical practice, business management, writing, and professional speaking. She is a Certified Speaking Professional and speaks at national and international conferences.

Timothy J. Pagana is a retired Medical Director at the Kathryn Candor Lundy Breast Health Center, Susquehanna Health System, Williamsport, Pennsylvania.
