Richard Smith is Associate Professor at Simon Fraser University in Canada and a Director of Centre for Policy Research at SFU. He is the author of Women, Work and Computerization: Charting a Course to the Future, Kluwer, 2000 and co author of A Tower Under Siege: Education and Technology Policy in Canada, 2001, McGill-Queen's University Press.
