Biographie de l'auteur
Val Biro lives in West Sussex with his wife. He was born in Hungary and trained as an artist in Budapest before coming to London to study at the Central School. He worked in publishing before coming a freelance illustrator and starting this popular series based on the real Gumdrop, his own Austin 12/4 Heavy, 1926.

Mr Oldcastle has taken Gumdrop on holiday to Scotland. Their final destination is the famous Loch Ness where they hope to see the legendary monster. Several other people have had the same idea! But will anyone see the real monster?
