Synopsis
A former Navy SEAL is recruited by a German international arms dealer, Gerhardt, to recover one billion dollars' worth of gold coins from the wreck of the USS Norfolk. Former SEALs, Henderson and Drake, fight for their lives as they unravel the US President's past and bring Gerhardt to justice.
