Synopsis

Children these days are being tested all the time. Many parents feel anxious every time their child has a test and that it is their skills that are being tested - if their child doesn't do well, then somehow they haven't succeeded as parents. This book is written to offer comfort and help to both. Having worked with hundreds of children and parents, Jean Robb and Hilary Letts have devised methods that can really help, including: tricks and tips for revising; dealing with nerves on the day; coping with results - good and bad; and, effective relaxation. With practical and sympathetic guidance, this book will help parents give their children the skills to succeed in tests and exams.
