The Livewire Focus on Literacy series has been written specifically for pupils at Key Stage 3 and above who are operating at or below National Curriculum Level 4, particularly those on the National Literacy Strategy 'Catch Up' Programme. The activities are based on popular "Livewire" reading books.
Biographie de l'auteur
Nick Whittaker is a former SENCO and Literacy Co-ordinator with ten years' teaching experience. He is now Project Director of an Education Action Zone in South Yorkshire. He has led a number of innovative school and community wide literacy initiatives.
