Synopsis
Jill finds herself in a story-world of magicians and dragons and floating castles, apples of immortality and the most grusome giant of all time. She meets Old Feller Storyteller, with his raggedy tangle of a beard, who sends her to find Jack. She finds brave Jacks, cowardly Jacks, daft Jacks, clever Jacks and good-for-nothing Jacks but not the one she is looking for.

Berlie was brought up in a small seaside town on the Wirral coast. She now lives in an old cottage in the Derbyshire Peak District. Her three children are grown up. She enjoys music, travel, reading, and walking. She's been writing full-time for over 15 years and can't imagine doing anything else for a living.
