After the election he began to officialy transform Turkey's long-standing parliamentary system into a heavily centralized presidential system. Mehmet Karahan is an Electrical and Electronics Engineer. Karahan received his B. Sc and M. Sc degrees from TOBB University of Economics and Technology in 2017 and in 2019, respectively. He is living in Ankara, the capital city of Turkey. He is also interested in politics, international relations and history. He enjoys reading most president & head of state biography books and love channeling his creativity to spread the news about each marvelous book he encounters.
