Paperback. Etat : New. Print on Demand. This book describes a simple device for calibrating pressure transducers. The sinusoidal pressure calibrator uses an electrodynamic shaker (vibration generator) to vibrate a column of liquid. A pressure transducer at the base of the tube senses the varying pressure. The transducer can also be statically calibrated in the device, allowing for precise correlation between static and dynamic calibrations. The calibrator can generate pressures of up to 134 kN/mz peak-to-peak over a frequency range of 15 Hz to 2000 Hz. The author provides a theoretical investigation that confirms the experimental results. The book also includes data on the effects of parameter variations on calibrator performance, such as liquid column height, diameter, and damping characteristics. Experiments with liquids other than water are also described. The book is a valuable resource for engineers and technicians involved in the calibration of pressure transducers. This book is a reproduction of an important historical work, digitally reconstructed using state-of-the-art technology to preserve the original format. In rare cases, an imperfection in the original, such as a blemish or missing page, may be replicated in the book. print-on-demand item. N° de réf. du vendeur 9780365638865_0
