Paperback. Etat : New. Print on Demand. This book explores the topic of the legal relevance of statute content. It examines a specific category of statute contentâ"content that fails to produce a legal effectâ"and studies it in light of the book's primary subject: the nature of objective law. The book is set within a historical context that recognizes the significant body of work done by Roman jurists and writings in the pandects, as well as more contemporary scholarship and theory. The author carefully defines the concepts of statutes and legal norms and then goes on to categorize and explore various categories of statutory content that fail to produce a legal effect. Included in this examination are statutes that are aimed at producing legal effects that extend beyond their temporal validity, statutes that attempt to regulate the future actions of lawmakers, and other unique categories of statutes. By studying this specific category of statute content, the author provides insights into the nature of objective law and the limits of statutory lawmaking, offering an analysis that will be of significant interest to academics and legal scholars working in fields such as jurisprudence, legal theory, comparative law, and the philosophy of law. This book is a reproduction of an important historical work, digitally reconstructed using state-of-the-art technology to preserve the original format. In rare cases, an imperfection in the original, such as a blemish or missing page, may be replicated in the book. print-on-demand item. N° de réf. du vendeur 9780366021314_0
