Wiedemann, who tasked him with studying and comparing the absorption spectra and absorption capacity of uranium salts. Uranium salts are examined in terms of their placement within various solvents, including water, alcohol, glycerine, and other organic solvents. A series of experiments are described and analyzed to present evidence of the location and intensity of absorption bands under different circumstances. The author's examination of the influence of different solvents on uranium salts has implications for understanding the influence of solvents on absorption phenomena as well as photochemical effects on uranium salts, including the reaction of these salts to light. The results of the author's experiments show that the Kundt rule is applicable to less soluble uranium salts while failing to apply to more soluble uranium salts. The results of the study provide new insights into the relationship between absorption phenomena and solvent use and expand our understanding of uranium salt behavior under different conditions.
