SARAH ALBEE, a children's book writer with a unique comic sensibility,  is the author of  scores of children's books, including Little Golden Books, hardcover original storybooks, licensed titles, and novelty books, with several dozen Sesame Street titles among them. 

JOE EWERS has been illustrating children's books for many years, among them many dozens of Sesame Street titles.
